We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Expedited shipping requires an additional fee. Shipping charges apply to orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.

We ship to the U.S. and Canada! For Canadian orders, any taxes, duties, or customs fees are the buyer's responsibility. We process orders within 1-2 business days (in most cases, orders placed on business days will be processed within 24 hours). Depending on the location, U.S. orders will arrive 3-5 business days after the order is placed. Canadian orders usually arrive within 7-11 days.

Please refer to our official limited warranty. GETOPAUTO filters meet or exceed Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) requirements. The new vehicle warranty remains valid when GETOPAUTO filters are properly installed and meet the engine manufacturer's recommendations.

If you have not yet received a confirmation email, please email us at sales@getopauto.com so we can address any issues as soon as possible. If you received a confirmation email but not a shipping email, your order is still being processed. If you need further information, feel free to email us at sales@getopauto.com, and we'll be happy to check on your order. Please include your order number in the email.

For tracking information, it will be included in your shipping email. Please check the tracking number or the latest update first. Like you, once your shipment leaves our warehouse, GETOPAUTO is at the mercy of the shipping company. If there’s an issue with shipping, we are happy to work with you to locate your order and provide any assistance we can. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the diesel filter to us within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in brand-new condition. Email us, and we’ll send you a return label by email. Once we receive the filter, we will issue a refund within 2-4 business days. We will refund to your original payment method, minus the return label cost.

Due to unprecedented times of supply chain disruptions, delayed items are anticipated. Items may ship several weeks later or earlier than the specified date. We still print shipping labels when items are ordered to be ready for shipment, so if you get a notification but don’t see tracking movement, it’s because the label has been printed.
